Our Facebook application is used exclusively to manage, schedule, and publish content to our own Facebook Page(s) and Instagram account(s). It is not a consumer-facing service or platform offered to third-party users. The application facilitates our business operations through integration with Postiz, an open-source social media management tool.
All content published through our application, including but not limited to music, beats, audio files, images, videos, text, and graphics, is owned by That's My Ish LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except as permitted under applicable copyright law or our music licensing agreements.
Music and audio content available through That's My Ish is subject to separate licensing terms. Publishing content through our Facebook application does not grant any license to use our music. Our application operates within the Meta/Facebook platform ecosystem. Your use of Facebook and Instagram is governed by Meta's own Terms of Service and Data Policy. We are not responsible for Meta's practices, policies, or any actions taken by Meta with respect to your account or data.
Our application and all content published through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content published through our application.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, That's My Ish LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your interaction with our application, content, or social media presence, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
